THE following applications have been received by Cotswold District Council.

Information about any application can be viewed on the Council’s website or during normal office hours at the Council’s offices in Trinity Road, Cirencester.

Cirencester: The Severalls, Hatherop, two sycamore for dismantling; 21 Querns Lane, (T1) yew tree growing around metal railings to be removed to ground level. (T2) twin fig trees growing as one canopy to be reduced to wall height, and reduce spread over path. (T3) large chestnut tree, remove dead wood and gentle crown lift over footpath to provide four metres clearance to first foliage from ground level. (T4) mulberry tree in decline to be felled to ground level; 30-32 Dollar Street, Erection of two dwellings and associated works; 52 Gloucester Street, single storey rear extensions and internal alterations - compliance with conditions three (panel), four (sample zinc) and five (sample zinc/details); Hill House, Aycote Lodge, Rendcomb, construction of garden pool, building gym.

Cheltenham: 2 Orchard Row, Icomb, (T1) reduce height of yew tree and spread down to three metres, retaining archway. (T2) reduce height of Norway maple to 4.5 metres and spread to three metres, cutting back to strong, secondary growth. Shape and balance; (T3) - fell ash tree and treat stump with Eco-plug max; Icomb Lodge, Icomb, compliance with conditions five and six of application 16/01164/FUL - erection of single storey rear extension.

Northleach: Land Parcel off Bassett Road and East End Road, erection of 40 dwellings and associated works. Compliance with conditions 2, 3, 4, 7 and 9.

Poulton: Home Farm, Cricklade Street, (T1) lime tree repollard at approximately 12-13 feet.

South Cerney: Land Parcel off Huxley Court adjacent to Lake, 16 Huxley Court, non-material amendment to 15/02156/FUL to amend condition four to the following wording: "No development shall commence until the proposed drainage scheme to serve the development has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall subsequently be implemented in accordance with the approved details before the development is first brought occupied."; 2 The Old School, School Lane, compliance with conditions 3, 4, 6, 7 of application 16/03777/FUL - single storey side and rear extensions (amendments to planning permission 16/00361/FUL).

Stow-on-the-Wold: Stuart House, Digbeth Street, replacement signage.

Tetbury: 5A Babdown Airfield, Beverston, erection of B8 storage building
