Park Road Development - Planning Application
Since developers have applied for outline planning permission for 77 new dwellings off Park Road, our Wiltshire Councillor for Malmesbury, Simon Killane has 'called in' the application to allow applicants and residents to present their case to Wiltshire Council.

Simon Killane has raised a number of issues for further exploration including:
- Size of the proposed development
- Potential flooding issues
- Parking, traffic congestion and highway safety
- Capability of existing infrastructure to cope with new development
- Quality and affordability of the "affordable housing" that is proposed
- Long term management of the proposed allotment and open space that is proposed
- How this development will conform to the North Wiltshire Local Plan 2011 and any relevance to the draft Wiltshire Council Core Strategy
