Park Road - White Lion Land appeal

A planning appeal has been lodged for 77 homes off Park Road by developer, White Lion Land. Their application also includes a community building, public open space. The enquiry will start on 16th February 2012 at Monkton Park, Chippenham and is expected to run for 2 days.

The appeal is expected to raise significant concern within the community, after local residents fought hard to reject the development, which is outside of the settlement boundary and raises serious concerns over the location, including access and flooding issues.
