Sainsbury’s has submitted a planning application to Wiltshire Council for the redevelopment of Malmesbury Garden Centre. The proposal includes a 30,000 sq ft foodstore, cafe, petrol station, a new roundabout on the A429 and three employment units.
Buildbase Ltd a builders merchants currently based on Park Road in Malmesbury, will occupy one of the units.
