heals-logoHEALS [Help, Encouragement And Local Support] have a number of events coming up throughout the summer holidays for everyone living in the community area.

On Friday 6th July 1pm to 2.30pm HEALS are holding a soft play session for toddlers and pre-schoolers. Fantastic play equipment from Tots Of Fun.

HEALs are also able to help if you answer yes to any of the following questions: Are you struggling financially? Do you need information regarding your benefit entitlement? Would you like to find a way to borrow and save? Would you like to find out about a different approach to managing money that will get you debt free? HEALS in partnership with the CAB, North Wiltshire Credit Union, the FAB Team [over 50's advice] from Wiltshire Council and Christians Against Poverty [as recommended by Martin Lewis from Daybreak] will be at a HEALS Money Advice Session. The session is on Friday 13th July from 1pm to 3pm.

Both events are FREE and will be held at The Bungalow, [behind Sunnydays Pre-School] Bremilham Road, Malmesbury.

Refreshments and cake will be available. A small donation to HEALS is requested by the charity.

HEALS has also launched a 'Friends Phone Tree' which is a simple effective and innovative way of connecting people. To be involved you sign up and give your mobile number to HEALS Central. HEALS then send you a HEALS Friend badge. During the summer holidays if you are going out locally you text HEALS Central who text everyone in the Friends Phone Tree. "This is a great way to meet people" said a local parent.

More events to follow!! To find out more about work look on our website www.btck.co.uk or email heals.malmesbury@gmail.com or call 01666 829382.
