Craig, whose hits include Walking Away, will be bringing his acclaimed TS5 set that has played on in sold-out club nights around London and Ibiza, as well as at major festivals like Glastonbury and national radio stations to the day-long summer show.
MFor Festival co-founders Graham Stobbs and Debra Collins said: “We’re so excited to announce Craig David will be part of MFor 2020.
“We know that Swindon loves him.
“Craig’s TS5 set saw in the New Year this year on BBC1 and really set the tone for 2020.
"We’re over the moon that he will be bringing the party to Lydiard Park this summer.”
He will be joined on the lineup by Rudimental and Ella Henderson, with more acts yet to be announced.
After achieving worldwide fame with a string of top 10 hits in the noughties, Craig David kept busy with collaborations, songwriting and creating his acclaimed TS5 set before mounting a big comeback in 2015 which has continued to this day.
He has released singles from his upcoming eight studio album.
Graham and Debra launched the festival last year in a bid to bring big names to Swindon, support good causes and provide a variety of family-friendly activities.
Thousands of people enjoyed a day packed with performances from Years and Years, Ella Eyre, HRVY, Becky Hill and Jahmene Douglas.
Its organisers are working hard in the hope of making it bigger and better than before for its eagerly-awaited return.
As in 2019, the event will support former military servicemen and women and raise awareness of mental health issues.
Fundraising will be carried out during the day for charities including Walking with the Wounded and Swindon community projects like The Veterans Hub Swindon.
This year’s festival will be held on July 25 at Lydiard Park from 11am to 10.30pm. Tier two tickets are on sale until March 31 – after that, the price will rise.
