We've got two very different candidates up for election this time around and it's up to you to cast your vote on May 1st.

A Malmesbury dwelling family man with a wife and 3 young children, who says he supports the Neighbourhood Plan, is most interested in things the Town Council has the power to change and states the primary role of the Town Council is to serve the community.

Guy's priorities:

  1. Housing in the right place
  2. Creating a thriving High Street
  3. Improve roads and pavements
  4. Support Malmesbury youth services
  5. Ensure we have proper emergency plans
  6. Build a secure and pleasant town

A high level PR Professional who lives in the town with his partner and says he has time on his hands.

Gavin's priorities:

  1. Major investment in road repairs
  2. Action to boost local car parking
  3. Backing local people to have a say in local developments
  4. Keeping our green spaces
  5. Maintaining our bus services
  6. Tackling dog fouling and litter
  7. Supporting local businesses & jobs
