Planting roots for sustainable success

A DEDICATED group of volunteers in Malmesbury have been using lockdown as a chance to spread awareness of how to make the town more sustainable.

In the coming months, the public bus contracts for the Malmesbury area will be up for consideration by Wiltshire Council.

Residents of Malmesbury have been urged to keep the town tidy as warmer months approach.

Online, the Town Council issued the following statement: "It’s so nice that Summer has finally arrived and we are all eager to enjoy our beautiful town and countryside, but we all need to play our part in keeping Malmesbury at its best.
