kim-powerPLEASE VOTE FOR ME FOR MALMESBURY TOWN COUNCIL.

I WILL WORK FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO MAKE MALMESBURY EVEN BETTER!

NO MORE LARGE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS!

I strongly campaigned against the inappropriate development of 77 houses off Park Rd, which has been now been refused permission. I will continue to work to prevent any developer from spoiling our town or overloading our local services in the future. I very much support the creation of a NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN for Malmesbury so that residents and groups will be able to have their say about our town. LOCAL PEOPLE KNOW BEST WHEN IT COMES TO NEW HOUSING NEED!

PARKING SOLUTIONS, INCLUDING RESIDENT PERMIT PARKING

I will campaign for a whole town parking survey with a view to improving existing parking and sourcing new sites. I will also promote better use of public transport.

AFFORDABLE PARKING RATES FOR RESIDENTS & WORKERS IN TOWN

I support our High St. Shops, businesses and residents shouldn't have to struggle to pay excessive parking charges.

MORE TRAINING & WORK OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR YOUNG PEOPLE

I lead The Town Consultation Group with a view to spending £100,000 on better facilities for Youth in Malmesbury, inc. training, apprenticeships, transport and social facilities.

OLDER & DISABLED RESIDENTS SHOULD RECEIVE OUR RESPECT & CARE INCLUDING HELP WITH MOBILITY & PARKING ISSUES

I support the retired and disabled Glovers Court residents' campaign for dedicated parking space for Carers, Doctors and others.
