Cadets from 992 (Malmesbury) Squadron and 1329 (Tetbury) DF Squadron recently gave the childhood game of battleships a modern twist on a recent squadron night when they took part in joint radio training exercise organised by 1329 squadron.

The Horses Help Heroes team are coming to the Town Hall on 28th October, where Jackie El Tawil will tell the inspiring story of why Jacks El Tawil wanted to drive a pair of carriage horses from Land’s End to John O’Groats.

Local Malmesbury Air Cadet James Slade (14) is on cloud nine after being promoted to the Rank of Cadet Corporal. Cadet Corporal Slade who has been a cadet for a year and a half, was selected for promotion by demonstrating commitment, dedication and possessing excellent communication skills.
