ThreshersFrontThe owner of the Wild Food Company in the High Street has submitted a planning application to operate a pizza restaurant from the old Thresher Shop at 45 High Street.

They say it will be a large restaurant with particular emphasis on family dining, with large open areas and the main busy times during weekday evenings and all day saturday and sunday. They will not be serving coffee only so say they will not take any trade from coffee shops or day time existing food outlets. They will be sourcing all their fresh ingredients locally, using fresh herbs from Foxley nurseries and veg from the Tetbury veg shed, adding local wines and desserts too.

ThreshersShopThe aim is for it to be like any 'Pizza Express', but their own unique brand; a stylish and contemporary layout with cooking in view and large daylight lit dining to rear with bar and intimate tables to front.
